YOUR RIGHTS REGARDING PHOTOS:

• You have the right to opt out of being photographed - please inform the walk leader
• If a photo of you has been posted and you'd like it removed, please contact us using the contact form on our website
• We will remove any photo upon request within 24hours

Ramblers Wellbeing Walks: As part of the Ramblers Wellbeing Walks network, we share participant registration data with the national organization for insurance purposes and programme evaluation. This is necessary for our walks to operate under their insurance coverage.

Relevant information about you will only be shared within the Leader team on a ‘need

to know ‘ basis to keep you safe and appropriately supported

Walk Leaders: Your contact information will be accessible to the Walk Leaders and

Committee for organizational and safety purposes.

WE WILL NEVER:

• Share your data for marketing purposes
• Use your information for purposes other than those stated in this policy

• Paper records are stored securely and access is limited to authorized volunteers only
